Our flagship program is a highly educational and supportive 8 week program to completely revolutionise your current nutrition, mindset, and relationship with food. We’ll work in both a group and one on one over 2 months to leave you not only with a better body composition, but feeling confident and empowered to continue improving your health and fitness beyond the end of the challenge.

This is NOT a quick fix, rapid weight-loss plan.  This is an 8 week transformation where you can not fail, because you aren’t set up to fail.

Pack includes:

  • 10 weeks of nutrition, mindset, and food psychology lessons to empower you to make lifelong changes.
    • Includes pre-week, 8 week challenge, and post-week appointment to ensure you’re both ready for the transformation and have the tools required to maintain your progress.
  • 3 x one on one consultations with a qualified nutritionist ($267 value)
  • Dietary analysis to identify current problem areas of your diet.
  • Personalised plan.
    • There is no single approach here, but together we will design a program that fits your lifestyle and includes all of the foods you love.

This plan does NOT include:

  • A drastic reduction in calories that results in cravings, binge eating, and guilt.
  • Rapid weight-loss that benefits our future marketing but sets you up for long term failure.
